Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific of the Korean martial arts. It teaches not only physical fighting techniques, but also trains a student's character. Taekwondo is founded on the following characteristics: Focus, Confidence, Courtesy, Honesty, Self Control, Perseverance, Cooperation, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Respect, Appreciation, Sacrifice, and Leadership. Classes are available for Little Tigers, Youth, Teen, and Families.
